With a career spanning from ESL education to property management, I have developed a diverse skill set that combines effective communication with operational excellence. From 2014 to 2016, I dedicated myself to teaching English as a Second Language, honing my abilities in curriculum development and student engagement. Transitioning into property management in 2016, I applied my organizational skills to oversee property operations, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination. In 2019, I joined a short-term rental company, managing a diverse portfolio of listings across Michigan and Arizona, where I focused on enhancing guest experiences and optimizing occupancy rates. Most recently, I collaborated with an Airbnb host based in London, overseeing nearly 100 apartments across the UK, ensuring high standards of hospitality and efficient property management. I am a fast learner and is always ready to learn new set of skills. I am also really good with MS Office Applications (Word, Powerpoint and Excel). I also have a competent workstation at my place which is also an important criteria for working online, including a high-reliable laptop and internet connection.
