Singapore-based company I’m working with. I have set-up their Zendesk CRM from
scratch and did all the integration, macros, settings, etc. I also do case
study wherein I try other brands customer service (especially competitors) just
to see how well they are doing and if there is anything we can apply to ours
for Upgrade to see actual info my current role in a huge ecommerce company based in Hongkong,
I am the customer service professional who was the highest productivity rate in
Hubstaff and the most number of tickets handled in my tenure. I am handling
multiple facebook pages (more than 30) and I always make sure no comments or
messages are unanswered by the end of the day.



Shopify is among the software I am expert with, from processing orders, to
returns, refunds, disputes, arranging and tracking shipments, to creating
discounts and promos etc. I am also fond of using Canva for social media
content making and Later for scheduling posts. I have also been doing customer
service in crowdfunding websites such as Indiegogo and Kickstarter.
