As your virtual assistant, I can pretty much do everything that an assistant should do.  I will juggle a variety of workloads for you everyday. Multitasking is my area of
expertise.

I will bring some order to your inbox chaos and your emails sorted out by filtering and labeling your emails by folder. I will flag and mark the important ones so that you can check them first.  If you are maintaining multiple email addresses, I will merge it with your primary email through forwarding and filtering so that you can receive and reply from your email addresses by just opening one.  I can also reply to these emails in your behalf.

If your cloud storage is a mess, I can eUpgrade to see actual infoinate clutters and organize it for you so that you can easily find your files.

So that you won’t miss any single meetings and appointments, I will prepare and map your schedule and remind you accordingly.

When you need to travel, I will arrange you a comfortable, simple, and budget-conscious trip package.

If you need me to type a document or do you research for you, I am seasoned to do that.

I will also manage your social media for you.
I will find, create and schedule contents that are fresh, realistic, relevant and highly engaging with call to action to position you as a thoughtful leader. I can also constantly interact with your audience and customers by giving quick replies to queries and comments to increase your online presence and gain good feedback from your audience and customers.

I can do basic bookkeeping services for you on top of the services above.
Basic bookkeeping services includes recording daily transaction records, invoicing, payroll review, check voucher preparation or review, bank  transaction monitoring and reconciliation.  I am using Excel and Quickbooks for my bookkeeping services but I am highly trainable if you preferred a different accounting program. I will learn that in no time.

As a bonus, I will prepare a weekly or monthly financial statements for you.
