With 8 years of experience as a video and graphic designer, I have gained valuable insights into diverse design preferences and learned how to adapt to different styles for several companies and clients as a freelance artist. My proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Audition, Adobe In Design, and XD is proven by my portfolio of creative designs. Furthermore, I am currently on the learning curve of mastering Blender to expand my skill set.
Aside from my design experience, I also have a strong background in customer support. I have worked in high-volume call centers for major telecommunications carriers, satellite television services providers, gaming platform developers, eyewear and contact lens manufacturers, sales development representatives, and health insurance providers. My experience has equipped me with the communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills necessary to provide exceptional service.
