Profile Description

Previously worked as a Customer Service Representative handling Amazon account, my tasks includes responding to all customer queries, product listing, product research, daily price monitoring , confirming and following up shipments.
I also worked as a chat support with Upgrade to see actual info handling Skype and Microsoft account, before that I was an Inbound call centre agent for T-Mobile.
I have earned a reputation as a quick learner who easily bridges the gap between management initiatives and work place solutions. Excellent as a team member who works productively and has a proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in stressful situations.
Ability to self motivate, prioritise competing demand and manage own work load to meet target whilst continuing to provide a quality level of service. Flexible and adaptive to changing technologies.
