Profile Description

I have over 10 years of experience in Customer and Technical support for North America's leading networking companies. Aside from NA, I provide support for UK and Australian consumers as well. I worked and was trained at one of the biggest BPO companies in the Philippines. My latest designation was to handle a cluster of 6 teams as an Assistant Operations Manager thus I have a solid background in team performance management in attaining time-bound targets. I have a strong and effective client relationship management as I've been exposed to various types of clients from different programs during my tenure in BPO. I plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and development to meet organizational performance with agreed budget and timescales.
Apart from being an team player and team manager, I'm vastly proficient in the use of MS Excel application who creates automated reports to reduce inefficiencies by designing macros. I also served as a Supervisor for Data Analytics team, ensuring the delivery of all designated reporting activities to agreed timelines and quality in both internal and external customers.
As an addition, I also have experience in Web Content Development. I provide support through article creation and enhancement on client's support website and modify it based on their feedback.
Throughout the years of my experience in both being a team player and manager, I managed to develop the skills I possess through the enhancement training and self study. I am very willing to learn new things in order for me to provide excellent customer satisfaction which I consider the most fulfilling and essential aspect of being a support specialist.
