I am skilled when it comes to customer service. I've been with Applecare for 4 years. For the first 2 years, I've been in email support dealing with billing and some technical issues with my customers. For the last 2 years, I have experienced helping customers through live chat which is far more exciting. I am well aware on how to handle different communication styles that really helps a lot. I am good in interpersonal skills being a graduate of psychology course. I know how to improvise if my set of plan doesn't Upgrade to see actual info is very crucial for a customer representative to think fast and make sure that we adjust to our customer's ability to cope up.
I know how to work with MS word, MS Excel, Keynote, Numbers and Pages, although I am far from being an expert at it.
I am very good in adjustment - be it schedule or line of work. I am great with multitasking and I learn fast with minimal supervision.
