Profile Description

I was a Virtual Assistant to a Property Management Company based in Ohio, I respond to interested leads via phone call, text, or email. I schedule and walk them through tours, the application process, and Upgrade to see actual info addition, I reach out to Homeowners who are selling their homes. I also reach out to utility companies for turn-on/shutoffs, Insurance Companies, Law firms for evictions, the City for Permits and Inspections, Exterminators, and Animal Control. I also interview Handymans, Contractors, Landscapers, Cleaners, Painters, Plumbers, Electricians, etc. I also attend to resident concerns such as plumbing leaks, pest infestation, clogs on toilets/sinks, gas leaks, and even fire. I also reach out to residents with non-payment, expired renters insurance, to ensure that the cleanliness of their home is maintained and that their lawns are mowed (if their responsibility).

I also worked as an Emergency Response Representative then a Tour Scheduling Coordinator to a Property Management Company based in California, I respond to inquiries via email, call, and text. Attend to resident concerns and emergencies. As a Tour Scheduling Coordinator, I was assigned to schedule Open houses and Private Tours for more than 60 homes in California and Los Angeles. That includes Quality Check on access instructions, pet fees/pet deposits, reach out to utility companies and HOA's, etc.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst to a well known Cable Company in the US, we examine fraudulent activities through thorough investigation and are the one who ensures that the best quality of Customer service is delivered to each customer. 

I started my career as a Technical Support Representative, where we do Internet, Cable, and Home Phone connection basic troubleshooting, set up technician appointments, cater to soft billing services, billing payments, inquiries, and credit adjustments.
