I have worked for almost 8 years, My past experienced was working in a Real Estate company as commission accountant. I did quickbooks accounting , 1099 tax preparation, brokerwolf system invoicing, finalizing monthly expenses and billings to agents, coordinating with agents on concerns regarding their bills, auditing quickbooks entries, updating and reconciling deposits on quickbooks, auditing profit and loss for the expenses accounts.I have also worked in a Real Estate company acquiring some foreclosure properties, renovate and sold it. I am knowledgeable in the foreclosure process, title searches, web research, property costing in some states. I also gained experience working for a real estate agent, doing task like updating MLS for listings, showings and feedback, also maintaining the listing documents. I am a graduate of management accounting. I also managed a team of freelance data entries and virtual assistants back in 2012 to 2017. I am keen to details , a thinker , a team player and manager. I am expert in google spreadsheets , SBS accounting , Wave accounting, Peachtree accounting , Quickbooks Accounting, Oracle, Brokerwolf, Smartsheet.
