I've worked in a prominent Real estate company as a Researcher, Title Abstractor/Examiner, and Team Leader in Full Research Quality Assurance for 22 years. My job roles included: creating a Title plant database and running a complete Title search package. Full search reports included: complete legal descriptions, conveyance info, deed-chaining, encumbrance of records, tax liens, easements, probate, finding eviction lists from online court cases, and other real estate matters, which including different types of properties like commercial, residential, vacant land, leasehold, rancho, mobile home parks, and many others. I am highly knowledgeable in advanced map reading and procedures using PLLS, GIS, Google Maps, Arb, Tract Map, and different title search maps.
Additionally, I've gained work experience in different types of industries and social media marketing such as *Web researching/scraping *Lead Generation *Document Analysis
I also worked as a Real Estate Appraisal assistant in Ohio, a U.S. Company. I’ve created an Appraisal Report and delivered it. Plus, I've worked as a Real Estate VA under USA Homebuyers LLC dba We Buy VA remotely also for almost 5 years.
