Sourcer and Recruiter, I am focused on identifying target candidates for an employer looking to hire. I am directly reporting to my hiring manager to collaborate open job order and reviewing the job description to use for my sourcing needs. I am the one who adds job opening to the company website, job boards like LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Dice, Monster and Indeed. I used a LinkedIn recruiter, Bullhorn, Brightmove and Hubspot ATS to collect information. I will review applications and when it is met then I will conduct phone screening and when passed I will schedule a face to face interview with the hiring manager and client. I will get feedback from the hiring manager if the candidate is a right fit for the job then I will make an offer letter with input from the hiring manager. The candidate accepts the offer then will add a new employee in the on-boarding process.
