Trained Virtual Assitant
I am a self-motivated Freelancer and I want to help and be part of growing a small business and making its name big. I always make sure to be updated in new materials to improve more in my niche, while providing professional assistance to my client. The ability to provide strategic plans and administrative support, data entry, appointment setting and calendar management, email management, and many more.

Customer Service Representative
In my Customer Service experience, I have improved a lot, especially in balancing quality and quantity. I always make sure that my call handling is on quality and also quality as it is important, especially dealing with customers' complaints and concerns. Handling email responses, chat, and sometimes upselling. I have been in the industry for a long time and that improved my customer satisfaction knowledge. I make sure that I give all my best efforts to every Project/Work that has been assigned to me.

Lead Generation
I handled both inbound and outbound calls and pre-qualify our customers, always making sure that I was not giving out wrong information. Emailing the lists of the calls that we handled that day together with the notes attached in each lead giving out the basic information as what the customer has provided, and knowledgable in navigating Microsoft Excel. Always make sure that our customers are qualified before we move on to the next process or step.

English Second Language Team Leader
When I was a Team Leader in English Second Language I learned a lot from experience and by knowing and being aware of cultural differences, and adjusting to them. Sharing my learnings and knowledge with my students was my priority and I always make sure that have fun while learning so that they will find the eagerness to learn. Handling Group Classes made me more productive and improved my multitasking skills. I can manage to give out grades, scores, and feedback to each of my students promptly.

I can assure you that I have all the materials needed for the work, arranged a room as my workstation, and also made sure that I am fully equipped to become a productive Virtual Assistant.
