Profile Description

I've been working as an Inside Sale Executive for 4 years for one of the largest Freight carriers in the United States, which is Yellow Roadway Corporation as an Offshore Agent. My job entails outbound calls for 80% and 20% for Inbound calls to assist clients in Booking a shipment or running a Upgrade to see actual info is a must to verify the phone number and email address so we reach out to the client for a follow-up Upgrade to see actual infonning a quote is also very important to show how competitive the ETA and rates we have with YRC Freight are. 


I work as well, as a Technical Support Representative for 1 year. My job is to make sure that we assist all concerns of the client. You have to be well-rounded in terms of the product. We have to follow all troubleshooting steps to make that we help the client and resolved their issue in a timely manner. 

 I do have experience with the Australian market working as a Business Development Specialist or Sales for 1 year.  I've worked with Crazy Domain as an offshore agent and my job entails reaching out to leads to showcase the service and different products we have. This is also 80% outbound calls and 20% inbound calls. We have to ensure to answer all questions and queries as well, in a timely manner.

I worked as well with a California Based Freight Brokerage Company. The only difference with YRC Freight is that we don't have physical trucks available onsite. However, we work with hundreds of carriers in the United States. This gives us the advantage to produce different prices generated on our system we have. This is something I enjoy working with this type of work for the last several years.
