I started out as an agent then got promoted to being a Closer, Team Leader, QA, Executive Assistant for the Client. I also have ADMIN skills and I also do training for new hires. I can say that i have what it takes to be able to be successful in any field given the right training. For me, Hard Work is not just a phrase i the resume but you need to prove it everyday that your are in the workplace, with or without supervision.
