Profile Description

I am a transcriptionist for almost 10 years. I can transcribe dictation for variety of medical reports such as medical history, deposition, physical examination, consultation, progress report, daily notes, laboratory reports, procedures, discharge summaries, medical abstraction, etc.  My specialties include orthopedic, neurologic and psychiatric reports, and physical therapy notes.

I also worked as an administrative assistant for the rehabilitation department of the Asian Hospital and Medical Center, a prestigious hospital in the Philippines with Gold Seal of Approval given by the Joint Commission International  (JCI) a US-based accreditation body that monitors the quality of medical services worldwide.

I can also do data entry and general transcription. I am knowledgeable in converting scanned documents into editable word documents.

Typing skill of 60 wpm.
