Transcription - I transcribe sound files specifically in the areas of Medical, Legal, General and Business. I can type up to 80 wpm and I thus far, have an accuracy of 98% to 99% considering that the speaker has an accent
Customer Service - I have been in this industry the longest, and have had the privilege of working for the top US Telco companies such as AT&T and T-Mobile. We handle billing, return, cancellation, order delivery, and product specific concerns. I have also worked for Microsoft and tend to customer's queries regarding their Office 365 subscriptions.
