Profile Description

I am proud to say that I have had many accomplishments in the customer service industry. For proprietary reasons, I will not be able to disclose all the projects that I took, however, I specialize on the following areas:
Transcription - I transcribe sound files specifically in the areas of Medical, Legal, General and Business. I can type up to 80 wpm and I thus far, have an accuracy of 98% to 99% considering that the speaker has an accent.Email Handling - I have worked for a car parts company that sells aftermarket replacement parts on eBay and Amazon. My minimum email response time is 10 emails per hour and maximum is 20 emails per hour with various types of concerns such as cancellation, order inquiry, returns and part inquiry. We also make sure that Return Center requests are always tended to.

Customer Service - I have been in this industry the longest, and have had the privilege of working for the top US Telco companies such as AT&T and T-Mobile. We handle billing, return, cancellation, order delivery, and product specific concerns. I have also worked for Microsoft and tend to customer's queries regarding their Office 365 subscriptions.
