Profile Description

I have worked in the BPO industry for 11 years ( Telus, Acquire Asia Pacific, Teleperformance, Software Cellular Network LTD and lastly iQor ). I primarily handled Customer Service Accounts. To add to that, I also have experience with Upselling, Email Support and was part of the Escalation Team for over 6 years. Afterwards, I was a part of the Management group for 5 years, where I was able to enhance my MS office skills ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook ) and other admin work. I want to be part of something long-term, I recently resigned from being an Operations Manager as it is consuming too much of my time and it has become hard for me to spend time with my family. I am a new father to a wonderful baby boy, and for me, spending my time with him and watching him grow is one of my main priorities now. At the same time, I also would like to be a good provider, so I am now looking for a job that would not just help me provide, but to give me the freedom to have quality time with my family.
I am a hard worker, dedicated, supports innovation, and trustworthy, which is something pretty hard to find nowadays.
