Profile Description

I have done administrative tasks for a marketing company based in the US.
My main task is to check emails of the Operation's manager and schedule calls for her. I am also the one in charged in doing research for potential clients and their products and services. Before that, I worked as a Transaction Coordinator for Realtors in New York, North Carolina and North Florida. My tasks includes checking of contracts, arranging it and making sure that all parties have signed it before I launch it as a closing or listed property.
I also did contracts and documentations for them and their agents. As a VirtuaI Assistant I am also required to do email management and schedule management for my former clients.I am knowledgeable with using Contactually, Liondesk, Top producer, Zipforms, and Dotloop. My task also includes Marketing where I'm the one in charged in postings on Craigslist, Equator, Landwatch and all of the Social Media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest. I am also the one responsible for the monthly status report for every property my former client have Upgrade to see actual info my previous job before I became a VA, I work as a corporate traveldesk specialist in an office here in the Philippines wherein I arranged travels for our Company CEO and business leaders.I booked flights, hotel accommodation and even tours for them.
I'm highly knowledgeable of the internet. I am hardworking, persistent, and I'm very open to new learnings.
