Profile Description

Prior to working from home I worked in the corporate world for 8yrs. I worked for a Singaporean based e-commerce business fromUpgrade to see actual info.
I worked with the company as an Account Manager for their online store. I handled customers inquiries and complaints. Process returns and refunds.
My tasks include:• Handling accounts like Amazon, eBay, Lazada, Shopee and Company Store.• Ensure that all settings are correct: ship by, return address and shipping exclusions• Manage Orders (Check for any unship orders and upload valid tracking)• Handle returns and refunds,• Reply, resolve and remove open case, neutral and negative feedback received• Request/respond to positive feedback received• Responsible for ensuring that all accounts are healthy.• Monitor daily sales• As a customer service, I ensure that all emails are sent correctly and in line with company policy.Loan Originations/Corr Funding•Data Review Analyst-validates and inputs all the information of the borrower in the correct field using CLM-LOS (system)
Post Close/Loan Administration•Electronic Data Processing (EDP)-uploading PDF files to I-vault Service Process and render to archives (Sparta) system•HL Servicing, HE Servicing, Bulk Servicing, Correspondent Indexing-sorting of documents into the correct document type or category using its grid list.-projecting and tracking the beginning and ending volume of each task
•Privacy Review (PR)-reviewing all documents in i-vault(system) if it belongs to the correct borrower, making exceptions if different borrower or heritage was found•Target Review (TR)-responsible in correcting misindex and mislabeled document done by analyst. Tagging and/or giving feedback as well•Subjcet Matter Expert (SME) / Floorwalk / SBS-guiding new hires, providing tips and sharing ideas•Cross trained to different functions depending on business needs•Performs other duties as may be assigned.
Default / Real Estate Owned•Examiner -responsible in auditing searchers work.• Searcher-searching and pulling out all documents needed regarding a certain property using a system provided and internet as well• Data Entry and Proof Reading-inputs all the information regarding on the property and the Upgrade to see actual infoeck any typos.
