Profile Description

I have worked in the BPO industry for 13 years and I have been a Virtual Assistant for 2 years. Part of my job responsibilities are setting up meetings, creating training modules for new hires, screening applicants, appointment setting, and calling leads. I worked as a Data Analyst for an E-Commerce Company where we reach out to sellers through email and phone calls. I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative for almost 2 years and with that work experience, I have also been an email support at the same time. I have been a Technical Support Representative for 3 years for an Internet Service Provider where we troubleshoot internet connection and basic PC issues. Also, I have worked as a Marketing Associate for a Leasing company and at the same time a Maintenance Support.
All these work experiences helped me to have a broad knowledge of customer service support, whether through phone or email. I have become more flexible and I can manage whatever task is given to me. I can work with less supervision and I am a goal-oriented person. The experiences I had also helped me to converse well using the English language.I am looking forward to help provide excellent customer service support or whatever assistance I can give to achieve the client's business goals.
