Hi, my name is Upgrade to see actual info but you can call me Seng. I grew up in the Philippines and I graduated with a Bachelors Degree. I have 3 years experience in a call center company both as a technical support representative and a customer service representative, a fast-paced work environment. I as well worked as a Virtual Assistant & email outreacher including data entry and research at a PPC company to be specific. For over 4 years, I worked as an Enrolments Administrator at a UK based coaching school. I have proven computer skills with an in-depth knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Sheets and Docs, Slack, Asana, Social Media, Salesforce, Xero, etc. With both experiences in the BPO company and Virtual world, I was able to work on my verbal and written communication skills which I've as well used to successfully develop presentations and write reports. I have strong organizational and planning skills ensure that I am able to accurately and consistently meet multiple project deadlines. I am a hard worker who has built confidence and trust at all levels.  Lastly, a committed teaUpgrade to see actual infomber who is known to go the extra mile. I am as well willing to be trained if needed and would prefer to work full time at a flexible schedule. Throughout my work experience both as a customer service and technical service representati ve for 3 years in the BPO industry; a year experience as a Virtual Assistant at a UK based PPC company and 4 years experience as an Enrolments Administrator at a UK based coaching school; I've learned to thrive in a fast pace environment, worked on several platforms, multitask in a proficient manner and accomplish all tasks
