I have been working in B.P.O. companies for few years. In these companies, I had a lot of exposure to virtual assistance. I can set an appointment prior to actual meeting schedules. I can schedule shipments to be delivered in different couriers. I can conduct training and seminars online. I can
contact customers directly to know their feedback. I can sell and advertise online. I can do a lot of stuffs in my computer like proposals and project plans.
Before, I was doing that inside a B.P.O. company but I saw a lot of possibilities that I can do it while IUpgrade to see actual info am more efficient when I am at home and not bounded by tiers and levels. In a B.P.O. company, no matter how much you like to help a client, you cannot do everything if you are not authorize to do so. In virtual assistance, you can be a full pledge customer service assistant not limited to your bounded responsibilities. I want to seek this kind of job where I can help clients very well.
