As an eCommerce specialist, I provide comprehensive support to businesses selling on Amazon, Shopify and Etsy.

I help Amazon sellers manage their catalog, unsuppress listings & Launch new products to ensure ranking & profitability.

? ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central for US, CA & UK marketplace
- Experienced in Seller and Vendor Central
- Account health, Performance Notification, and case log monitoring.
- Send APPEAL and COMPLIANCE documentation to fix suppressed and detail page removed listings.
- CREATE, UPDATE, and MANAGE listings and variations via Seller Central or Inventory file (Flat Files)
- Conduct KW, Category & Competitor research for listing Optimization
- Shipment and FBA fees Reconciliations
- Monitor Inventory levels
- Remove and Report Hijackers and Competitors
- Check, fix, and resolve unfulfillable & stranded inventory
- Review and Feedback Monitoring and Removal
- Contact Amazon Seller Support for faster resolution of issues
- Customer Service

? MARKETING

- Create and Schedule Deals, Coupons, Promotions, VINE and Discounts
- A+ Content, Brand story
- Create and update Amazon storefronts

? LAUNCH:

- Ensure listing readiness for launch ( KW research, Category Research,
- Copy & Images upload, Inventory, VINE)
- Coordinate with appropriate departments ( Product Development, Creative, Supply) to ensure the target date for launch is met.
- Create an effective launch strategy ( VINE, Giveaways, Coupons/ PED, pricing & PPC).
- Product on Launch monitoring ( KW, Category Ranking, Inventory).
- PPC Monitoring & Optimization ( working with the PPC Team).
