I have been in the BPO industry for more than 5 years and have supported different lines of businesses. As an account specialist, I sell the value of the customer's subscription to make sure that they appreciate what they have and what they pay for. I don't have much experience in excel since I worked as a full-time inbound customer service and technical support for the past 5 yrs.
