Profile Description

I am currently working as an Employment Recruiter, part of my job is posting job advertisements, screening applications, conduct interviews, scheduling, coordinate with the training and management department. I keep track of the applicants, do background checks, and make sure that they will be available to go through all the process until they have finally on boarded and trained. 

Appointment Setting is also my niche. I work for a performing arts school based in California and New York. My major task is to invite aspiring actors, models, or performers for a talent search, and make sure that they would show up on their scheduled appointments. I also recruit and train new Appointment Setters for the company. 

I also do email marketing, social media management, e-commerce business management.

I am capable of working flexible schedules.

Tools that I have used are Dropbox, Google Calendar, Gmail, Hangouts, Google Docs, Skype, Inside Sales, Hubstaff, Asana, Canva, Uber Conference, etc. I am continuously learning more tools that I need to be successful in this industry. 

My professional skills that I can share with you when I get hired are Lead Generation, Customer Service, Sales, Outbound/Inbound Calling, Photo Editing, Blogging, Time Management, Research, Batching, Basic Accounting, and Administrative tasks.
