I am currently working as an Employment Recruiter, part of my job is posting job advertisements, screening applications, conduct interviews, scheduling, coordinate with the training and management department. I keep track of the applicants, do background checks, and make sure that they will be available to go through all the process until they have finally on boarded and trained.
Appointment Setting is also my niche. I work for a performing arts school based in California and New York. My major task is to invite aspiring actors, models, or performers for a talent search, and make sure that they would show up on their scheduled appointments.
