Manual Testing
Reviewing and analyzing system
specifications especially on website.

  Executing test scripts and
reviewing results.

  Reporting and documenting technical issues.
Fixing simple bugs on HTML and CSS of the website.
Executing
test on different mobile devices and browsers
Conducting
calls and emails on client to troubleshoot, replicate and fix the issue or
request.
Performing
Web Maintenance such as:
1. Check for broken links and 404
errors
2. Check page speed and overall
website performance
3. Manually backup the
website’s database on phpMyAdmin panel
4. Update WordPress, Themes,
and Plugins
5. Check all forms to ensure
they are working properly
6. Check Spam posts and
comments
7. Website security check &
scan for malware
8. Check for SEO (Pharma,
Japanese Keyword) hacks
9. Submit suspicious links for
removal
