As a Senior Recruiter, I am responsible for the following:


HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY
Source resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc.
Conducted phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements; documents these interviews
Scheduled interviews between candidates and hiring managers 
Involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building. 
Made recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions 


STAFFING FIRM 
Provided contract and permanent staffing solutions to various lines of business as needed, by sourcing and screening-eligible candidates using various sourcing methodologies (Career Builder, Indeed, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, Ladder, etc.). Conducted phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements; and documented these interviews.  
Scheduled interviews between candidates and hiring partners. Involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building.  Reported to managers (branch or director) about the current status of requisitions as to how many candidates are sourced and are qualified. I am responsible for giving incites on how to manage requisitions within a given time and how qualifications would be improved.
