Profile Description

As an Entrepreneurship graduate, I know how to handle and do business. With that, I do my best every time there is a job given to me. I have experience in Customer Service since I handled calls, chats, emails, and responding to social media concerns. I then became a Quality Analyst where I check the quality of the responses given by the customer service representatives if they are accurate and complete. I'm very organized and keen to detail with comprehension, sentence structure, and grammar. With that, I know how to use Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Canva. On the other side, I also know how to create and edit videos. I'm an alumni from Nas Academy and learned how to edit using Adobe Premiere Pro. My editing skills are just the basics too. 7 over 10 for my editing skills. Asides from that, I'm open to learn to new things, can adapt very well, and pay attention.
