I have 1 year of experience as a Customer Success Specialist in a cloud-based software solutions company, where I handled invoices, contracts, insurance processing, project setups, reconciliations, and discrepancy reports. I also produced weekly and monthly data reports. Additionally, I have over 5 years of experience in the eBay and Amazon dropshipping industry, with expertise in product listing, research/sourcing, title optimization, order processing, and customer support across both voice and non-voice channels. I also served as an eBay and Amazon Dropshipping Manager for 2 years, where I successfully managed returns, refunds, negative feedback/reviews, disputes, A-Z claims, and case resolutions, ensuring the Amazon account maintained good health.

As a versatile eBay Virtual Assistant (VA), I have worked across multiple eBay platforms, including Germany, the US, Australia, and the UK. I am proficient in tools such as Zik Analytics, Dropship Beast, Priceyak, Title Builder, Web Seller Guru, DS Titan, Jungle Scout, AutoDS Tool, SKU Grid/Fetch, Profitspy (Professional Arbitrage), AMZScout Pro, SellerAmp SAS and Spot N Paste. Additionally, I have 6 months of experience as a typist, with advanced proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
