Supply Chain Experience

Logistics Team Lead

• Responsible for closely monitoring shipments on a daily
basis, utilizing both web tracking tools and communication with carriers to
ensure timely and accurate delivery via both ocean and air routes.

• Collaborating with third-party logistics partners (3PLs), I have efficiently
tracked inbound shipments, coordinating their smooth arrival.

• Preparing and providing all necessary shipping documentation for both import and export
activities, such as Bills of Lading (BOLs), Commercial Invoices, Packing lists
and Entry Summary (7501).

• Entrusted
with organizing files for ongoing shipments, managing the Expected Time of
Arrival (ETA) dates for purchase orders, and conducting thorough reviews of
purchase orders and shipping documents to guarantee their precision.

• Utilizing
internal systems by uploading SKUs information to the portal system, assisting
in inbound and purchase order forecasting.

• Possess a
basic understanding of SAP, which has proven helpful in navigating certain
aspects of our logistics operations.

Stock Analyst / Demand Planner.

• Creating demand forecast
Based on historical sales, market trends and other relevant factors to
predict future demand for products or services.

• Analyzing
sales and inventory data to identify patterns, trends and seasonality that can
influence demand.

• In-charge
of the Warehouse capacity. Monitoring and managing inventory level to
ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking or causing stockouts.

• Gather
Inventory data from the Daily Sales and Inventory Report (DSIR), create reports
with analysis then request for stock replenishment.

• Prepare
weekly stocks aging report and monitor soon-to-expire (SOTEX) stocks. Submit to
Marketing and other departments for their depletion planning and promo
programs.

• Provides
monthly and year to date bad order (BO) report from company system extracted
data. Create a summary and analysis of the total quantity and cost per case of
bad orders from trade, manufacturing and warehouse.

• Monitor
out of stock (OOS) report from the actual inventory and generate summary of all
the SKUs cost per case.

• Share
knowledge on how to accomplish needed reports and guide to avoid incomplete and
accurate data. Maintain reiterate deadline of submission (daily, weekly and
monthly)

• Determine
appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information and data.
Provide recommendations on how the team can improve efficiency and
effectiveness and reach the goals in less time.

• Identify
problems and potential concerns. Document findings, prepare reports, recommend
solutions and collaborate with the team.

• Perform
other roles, duties and responsibilities directed by the Warehouse Operations
Manager.
