 An experienced Real Estate VA/ Lead Manager and Acquisition for more than 4 years. I prequalify leads and once qualified for Acquisition turnover, I run the comps using Propstream or Bright MLS then calculate ARV to formulate an MAO. Try to negotiate an offer or options on how we can help the Seller in selling his home. 

 Virtual Assistant-executing multiple administrative
tasks including invoicing, mailers, corporate letters, outreach marketing,
data entry, and updating databases.

Trained new associates and managed a team virtually
using, Skype, phone, and email correspondence.

Outgoing and energetic attitude. Satisfactory in
giving Customer Service.

Good listening skills. Practice active listening -
don't interrupt customers, but engage them.

Emphasizing the benefits of a product, service or
proposal to persuade an individual or group is an asset.
