Profile Description

I have worked in both Customer Service and Progression level for over eight years providing excellent customer service, satisfaction and quality all at the same time. I am skilled on communicating with clients whether phone call, email, or chat. I have made sure that all tasks and responsibilities I have handled are done with accuracy, efficiency, and integrity.
I have experienced answering queries from clients over the phone and chat and assist them in a timely manner. I am also knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs and familiar with the internet and its applications.
I am a full time Team Leader, but also a freelancer who has skills and experience on the following:
- Handle inquiries via phone call, email or chat
- Providing exceptional client service in-person or over the phone.
- Taking escalation calls, identifying the root-cause of an issue and present a resolution to achieve clients satisfaction.
- Directly conversing with Australian students for a training organization. Keeping them motivated on their course and help them progress with their studies.
- Exceptional leadership skills by handling 10-15 Study Coaches in my team to ensure we get to contact the assigned students and help them with their course with us.
- Sales and Marketing
- Customer Service - Virtual Assistance (Email, Chat, Phone, Social Media)
- Administrative and Office Management works
