Profile Description

Since 2012, I've been employed in the BPO sector, primarily serving as a technical/customer support representative, assisting customers based in North America through various channels like inbound chats, calls, and emails.
My responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft products such as Xbox consoles and Surface tablets, as well as providing guidance on eBay account management and sales techniques. Additionally, I fulfilled back office duties at Best Buy, aiding customers in tasks like order status inquiries, package tracking, and processing refunds according to the company's policies. Within this role, I undertook a specialized responsibility as a "Code Master," tasked with manually generating codes for customers who hadn't received their purchased codes, be it for games, software, or other downloadable products.
During the pandemic, I transitioned to remote freelance work. I've served as a property manager for real estate firms in the US and handled administrative tasks related to fraudulent orders for an online platform.
Moreover, I possess proficiency in utilizing a range of software, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and various customer service platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, and Zendesk, among others. I'm adaptable and keen on acquiring new skills, readily embracing fresh opportunities that come my way. 
Rest assured, I'm a very fast learner and easily adapt to new environments, so employers need not worry about providing training for new roles. I am enthusiastic about exploring new fields and confident in my ability to excel with the appropriate training and guidance.
