Profile Description

I worked with BPO call center for about 5 years in total as customer service associate. I have some few months experienced working at home as Data Entry Specialist. I copy and match data from a website to Microsoft Excel. Its an Automotive Parts Retail Company Based in Canada. I am proud to say that I have excellent customer support, customer satisfaction and English Communication Skills.

I was working also as Reservation Specialist in which , we cater chat support and email support with clients online. 

I am very committed to my job. I will make sure I am able to provide a good result for the task being assigned to me. Attendance is never a problem, because I must say, this is the basic behavior to work with progress and be efficient.

I am honest, self motivated and hardworking girl with positive attitude towards my career and my life.
