I've been working in the Business Process Outsourcing for almost 5 years, and those years I've encountered different types of customer that are frustrated about the product or a service that they have.
There are a lot of ways to let them feel that they're important.
These skill that I've learn over the years over dealing with them.
1. Let them vent out their frustrations and problem about the service.
2. Always know that you understand how they are feeling and make sure to resolve the issue of the customer.
3.
Verify to the customer that they understand the resolution that you have .
4. Once everything is resolved always check if they have further inquiry and if their services are working properly especially if they are satisfied about the resolution provided.
these simple steps helped me a lot to make sure that I have the right to check their services and to check that they are still on the right plan to offer them something more beneficial yet will make them realize that they need it.
