Job Descriptions
Product Listing and Optimization:
Create and manage product listings from supplier sites on platforms like eBay and Shopify. 
Alter and create product descriptions to optimize titles and enhance sales.
Provide detailed product information, including fabrics, care instructions, prices, and discounts.
Data Entry Management:
Enter financial transactions into internal databases with accuracy and completeness. 
Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
Maintain and update records systematically.
Order and Payment Processing:
Process orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Handle payment processing and manage invoices.
Create shipping labels and obtain freight shipping quotations.
Customer Support:
Provide after-sales support to customers via email, chat, or phone. 
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor and manage customer feedback and reviews.
Daily Account Management:
Oversee and monitor daily account activities.
Ensure smooth operation and timely updates to accounts.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of account status.
Training and Orientation: 
Conduct orientations and training sessions for newly hired agents.
