Profile Description

I used to work in a BPO industry for almost 9 years. First job was as an agent handling US sale account, appointment setting and offering free subscription upon completion of surveys via phone. Next job was under an Australian-based airline company, handling back office works which includes responding to queries and complaints via email. Another job was with Australian-based financial company, responding to concerns via email as well. Coordinating with relevant department within the company was also done, if needed. My latest job experience as a Document Audit Specialist with a USRN Staffing agency, helped me to improve more and contributed to the company's mission and vision which is to onboard licensed nurses in a timely manner. I am looking forward to working with a company or people who will further assist me to enhance my skills and capabilities. As this will help me to grow more and to be financially stable while spending quality time with my family.
