Profile Description

I have experience in WordPress as a QA Analyst Head in an email set up, home-based, wherein I handle a team of 4 QA Analyst. We coordinate with more than 10 web developers, testing website functionalities, reporting bugs in a detailed manner, define complicated tasks for developers, some of which are communication barriers that may hinder them from effectively accomplishing tasks. This job entails a lot of research as well, as I have to hold on to the fast-paced nature of the job. This goes as far as joining forums, watching videos, a lot of reading, and asking from developers and project managers. One of the things I did to manage my tasks productively is to take advantage of tools available Upgrade to see actual info started with just a few and continued to add up over time as soon as I find one. This, in turn, has greatly helped with training newly hired QA's. I was a pioneer. 

I also have a background in WordPress as a Tasks Manager where I do Email Support and Customer Service. 

In Social Media, I became a moderator of a Facebook Page for a Resort, responsible for answering inquiries, creating and maintaining calendar bookings

As a Real Estate Admin, my main responsibilities are listed below,
    Submit MLS listings
    Attend to calls from realtors, affiliates, coordinators, sellers, and owners.
    Coordinate with key persons responsible for closing
    Prepare forms necessary for closing
    Make follow-ups on homeowners for pending listings.
    Assists sellers, buyers, agents, and realtors on documentation

I also had the opportunity to work as an ESL home-based online tutor. I tutored foreign students, professionals, children in elementary. I follow a standard teaching manual, adhering to time. I process daily progress reports for each student.
