Profile Description

I've been a Virtual Assistant and worked in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for nearly ten years. I was a Team Leader in a UK lead generation campaign. In addition, I've worked on US cold calling campaigns such as Diabetic & Topical Pain Cream, Health Insurance, Medicare, and Pharmacy service. I also worked for an e-commerce company, where I provided sales and customer support to their online stores, assisting them with their concerns, upselling them on additional products, promotions, and discounts, and assisting them in processing their orders; we also called customers who visited the website and people who abandoned their carts. Shopify, Zendesk, and Shipstation were the tools we used. In addition, I worked as an appointment setter in Australia, having a face-to-face appointment with one of our financial advisors to help our clients with their insurance, superannuation, mortgage, and other financial matters.  

I am fully knowledgeable in Web Research, Lead Generation, MS Office, Google, Yahoo, Google Docs, Lead Mining, E-commerce, Shopify, Zendesk, CallHub, Klaviyo, Dropbox, Callshaper, Five9, and Ring Central.

I am reliable and highly motivated, and I have proven to be effective and efficient with strong leadership skills. I enjoy doing multiple tasks at the same time.
