I have worked as a CSR for 8 years. I handled phone both for inbound and outbound, email, and chat support for product inquiries, billing, order fulfillment requests etc.

Virtual Assistant As a virtual assistant I perform various admin task. I help out my client doing product listings, business reviews, generate action plans with a goal to have a better performance on a given period.

Technical Support With Concentrix I was a Tier 1 tech support then Tier 2 with Convergys wherein I provide over the phone assistance and schedule to send out dispatch team.


Sales Representative
Pretty much I haven’t tried to do hard selling but I tried soft selling and upselling. Also retaining accounts and converting them to sales.


Telemarketing Agent I tried doing outbound calls before as an appointment setter where we do cold calling for a Janitorial Services. But that was just for a short period of time.


Medical VA- I worked with a behavioral facility handling chat and email, assisting patients to book a doctor's visit. 
Social Media Management -I tried doing some SMM task where I helped out a friend to promote a website and create some content and images using Canva to promote the page.


Product Listing -Product listing is one of the task that we have when I was with Offsouring Ph where we add 5000 items every month through the company CRM.
