Profile Description

I am good in financial accounting. Based on my experiences for 3 years in accounting field, I can share this to other company and those learnings will be used if necessary.1.I am responsible for the preparation of the Singapore or US entities’ annual income taxes and other related taxes, whether filed annually, quarterly or monthly.  This shall include registered agent and registered address payable.2. Responsible in preparing accurate monthly financial statements for each company handled.3. Directly responsible for the accurate and timely billing of non-trade receivables, if any, and timely collection shall be properly monitored and recorded in the books.4. Monitors bank balances of the companies handled and assist in the timely request for funds when the need arises5. Ensures that all accounts payable are timely recorded when incurred and approvals for payment are immediately processed before these fall due to avoid late payments. Otherwise, accrual entry shall be prepared at the end of every month in order not to understate an expense.  In this case, a reversal entry shall be required in the succeeding month or immediately when the bills or invoices are received, whichever comes first.6. Ensures that all loans and the corresponding interests are timely billed, collected and recorded in the books.7. Responsible for the accurate and timely recording of all transactions of entities handled,including the completeness of the supporting documents and bank statements of all bank accounts in all currencies.8. Close monitoring of Borrowing Notices (BN) covered with Promissory Notes (PN).9. Performs other tasks as required by the Upgrade to see actual infoe of the experiences I had,I believe I am fit to your company. I will work self directed and work things out possible.
