Profile Description

 At present, I am currently employed as an Application Specialist in a Brokerage Company based in NSW Australia. My tasks include, prepare a request for supporting documents through File Upgrade to see actual infoeck supporting documents received from the client examples are bank statements, Identification and income documents, to ensure they comply with the lenders' requirements. I am also responsible for accurately inputting information from the supporting documents into the FLEX Upgrade to see actual info's basically from the preparation of home loan application,  submission to the lender using AOL and up to the settlement stage. 

I also worked as a Loan Officer in an Australian-based financial lending company from October 2017- October 2019. The day to day tasks is very demanding as the online applications need to be done in an expected time frame. Our job starts when our customers lodge an application on the website and documents such as bank and income statements are successfully uploaded in the Upgrade to see actual info addition, we are expected to be flexible as we are being assigned to different simultaneous tasks such as answering customers' inquire through phone, live chat, and email while doing the initial assessment/review based on lending criteria mandated by the Australian Government. We make sure that we offer adequate convenience to our customers in every way we can, from the beginning of the engagement until they receive the money on their bank accounts, staying true to our company’s mission “WE CARE.”

I have worked and undergone extensive training in the home loan process in a US Mortgage setting for 5 years fromUpgrade to see actual info. I was assigned to different departments such as Data Entry, Broker Support, Compliance Reviewer, Process Analyst, and Junior Underwriter. The aforementioned assignments were due to the recognition of my high level of motivation, strong judgment, fast learning curve, sound decision making, meticulousness to details and competent analytical skills.

The combination of these diverse experiences from both the US Mortgage Company and an Australian Lending Company has provided me with an advantage to familiarize myself better with the processes and systems of the financial industry, even on a global scale. I am capable of adapting to any working strategy that reflects the needs of the company. I am certain that I am able to match the open position with my capabilities, in order to effectively and efficiently contribute to the realization of the company’s goals and vision.
