I previously worked as a financial specialist with H&R Block for 3 months then I was transferred to a telecommunication account and worked as technical support under AT&T UVERSE and Mobility for three years and was then promoted to a supervisor wherein I trained and handled a whole team for them to be able to provide the best quality of service that was set by the company's clients.
