I have almost 3 years of experience working as a Customer Care Associate. First was with OnStar (Call center-based) which is one of the high-end companies in United States and Canada that gives high-bearing qualifications to its leaders and employees. There I was exposed in Sales and customer complaint handling for almost two years where I developed my effective communication skills in both oral and written, as well as my excellent typing skills. Right now, I am working with Universal Robina Corporation (Office-based) also as a Customer Care Associate where I do face-to-face interaction with customers/traders/suppliers serving as a liaison between the company and the external parties, thus continuously enhancing my administrative skills and bringing up my talent in event organizing. I've been always recognized in the positions that I held. Bringing in that these extensive experiences that I have in servicing customers has a lot to do on how will I manage a personal client at home.
