Management System (Data Entry) with over 3 years in the industry. I started working full time Work From Home (WFH) since 2020. And way back from 2005 up to 2019 working onsite offices. all of my experiences are related to the accounting field.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated clients including U.S and Australia.

Key Highlights:

Internal Auditor Data Entry: Analyze and investigate the PBC (Provided
By Client) for SOX compliance business processes such as Procure to Pay, Treasury
& Cash Management, Fixed Asset, Leases and Financial Control and Reporting.
When it’s done will Coordinate with US managers for the review and approval of
being done of workpapers.

PA/VA: Manage and monitor emails and call meetings to our clients.
Preparing and creating meeting invites (GTM and Zoom) and creating videos and
agenda as presentation for client.

Document Management System: Ensure data sets received from the client
are accurate and completed on the LEAP app. Ensure data sets received from the
client are complete and ready for conversion or transition (e.g. reports,
backups, checking the Kilobytes of each folder and checking the complete data
for each folder). Migrate of data from one system to another.

Bookkeeper: Data entry in Peachtree Sage and SAP Business One.
Accurately tracked, verified and approved accounts payable and accounts
receivable invoices and total balances into financial software, conducting
monthly balance sheet reviews to reconcile variances. Preparing Financial
reports monthly and all bank transaction and reconciliation.
