I've been in the Short-Term Vacation Rental industry for nearly a decade and in US Multi-Family and Senior Leasing for 2 years. 

Over the years, I have learned that delivering top performance in the short-term rental market requires more than just a listing and flat-rate pricing. This is why I have focused on understanding the market, mastering marketing and distribution, and analyzing data to deliver above-the-market performance to my clients.

I have worked for some of the top US, UK, and AU vacation rental management companies, pioneering and helping them grow their business. I pride myself in constantly expanding my knowledge on vacation rentals with active membership with VRMB, backed up by a KTN Training (Kennedy Training Network) when I worked for Sextant Stays (now Roami), a brief training about  EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and recently attended Guesty's GuestyVal Conference last Upgrade to see actual info 2023 in Tel Aviv, Israel!

In addition, over the years of experience, I have immense knowledge of different property management software like Guesty, Streamline VRS, IGMS, Smoobu, Track, OwernerRez, and many more! I also specialize in damage claims, listing management, and review disputes.
