Regularly check work email and Jira for updates and communication.Perform manual testing on web applications, desktop applications, and mobile Upgrade to see actual infotomate test cases using Katalon.Identify potential software issues and gather necessary data for testing.Observe software performance and reactions to provided activities.Document bug reports and test scenarios.Create detailed bug reports with step-by-step replication instructions, screenshots, and recordings in Jira.Conduct regression testing, integration testing, functionality testing, and API testing using tools like Postman and Network - Inspect Element in Web.Provide suggestions for UI and application flow enhancements.Collaborate and communicate with developers for clarifications and task discussions.Work closely with the QA team to prioritize projects and strategize issue replication.Prepare release notes and create Google sheets for specific testing scenarios, including test cases and bug reporting.Assist newly hired QAs with their questions and provide guidance on handling tickets/tasks.Follow Agile development practices for efficient project management.
