I have been in the BPO customer service industry for the past ten years working for SPI Global as a CSR and Quality Assurance Specialist. During my time there, I was able to meet all of the quality scores for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and was awarded best sales agent after just a few months being with the company. I learned to hone my multi-tasking and time-management skills, value patience, and above all, being a team player. I’m a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. My most recent experience has been handling a sales team/incoming calls in the high tech industry. One reason I particularly enjoy this job, and the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect with people. I was able to form some significant customer relationships resulting in a 30 percent increase in sales in a matter of months. My real strength is my attention to detail and firm decision making. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done, and on time without compromising the quality of deliverables.
