Managing my own local business is very attainable through the use of social media marketing. I manage my own social media accounts using Facebook, Google and Tiktok. The concept is basic basing on the principle of the traditional marketing which is to attract your customers/clients, give awareness and lead them to your funnels. The most important thing in social media marketing is the strong and consistent presence of your brand in different channels combining the automation method and manual creation of ads. It should be attractive by all means.

As an entrepreneur, I have a strong foundation of business management using a Performance Management System focusing on Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation. Profitability follows when there is already a strong Business Operation System established which will served as your guiding path from company level down to employees level.

My experience being a call agent for couple of years, my experience as an entrepreneur and as a practitioner of the performance management system made me understand that customer service should always be the top priority among all strategies built by any company or business entity. Customer service is the face of all businesses because they are the frontline of any business models. There is no profit without good customer service.

As a social media manager one of the main goals to attract customers is posting good contents about the product or service you are selling. I primarily use capcut for video editing and Canva for poster making and photo editing.
