My first BPO account is healthcare.

Since I created my facebook page and published public posts, I engaged with my followers by replying to their comments and messages. I also interacted with my fellow content creators by reacting, commenting and sharing their posts. I make sure that I will be notified everytime there is a new follower, comments and messages.

I started making content when I was working overseas. I don't have an editor so I edited my videos by myself. I used several tools fo editing, such as CapCut, Canva, Filmora, Photogrid and other editing apps. I shared my road trips and OFW life through vlogging. Unfortunately, I stopped making videos when I returned in the Philippines and distant myself from social media due to personal reasons.

I managed my own social media accounts. I also managed a business page. Currently, I am helping my sister-in-law in her new business. I was assigned to manage the official facebook page, Instagram, TikTok, creating content, branding, scheduling a post, design layouts, booking and appointments for her starting business.

I specialize in Canva design, creating visually appealing social media posts, branding elements, and marketing materials that enhance engagement and brand identity.

I just recently used Meta Business Suite. I just found out that it is easier to manage all of the connected accounts across Facebook and Instagram in one place.
